If you are coming for a drug test, here are few things to make your visit run smoothly:
 

1. Make sure you bring a government issued photo identification.  
    

2. If you will be required to provide a urine sample, please study in advance.  We will need to collect approximately 45 ml of urine, which isn't much, however can be difficult on the fly to provide.
    

3. If you are court ordered to have a drug test, please have this order with you or have it sent by fax to (501)374-1872 or by email to mro@drugtestreports.com.
    

4.  If you are required to have a hair drug test, the quantity of head hairs to collect is approximately the thickness of lead in a pencil.   If the quantity of head hair cannot be met, you might be required to provide body hair.
